LOCATION SERVICES — CONSENT REQUEST

You are being asked to grant permission for AAA Smart Security to collect and log your device's location while you use the Territory Map feature.

Here is exactly what happens if you grant permission:

• When the LOCATION toggle in the top bar is ON, your GPS coordinates are logged every 5 minutes to a Google Sheet owned by AAA Smart Security.
• When the toggle is OFF, nothing is logged. You control the toggle at all times.
• Location logging automatically stops after 2 hours of inactivity, and does not resume until you turn it back on.
• Only your name, your session ID, your coordinates, and the timestamp are stored. No other data about you is captured through this feature.
• This consent expires 90 days from acceptance. You will be asked again after that.
• You can withdraw this consent at any time. Contact your Regional Manager or your Compliance Lead.

Why this is asked. The Territory Map feature lets you see your own captures on a map, and, in a future release, lets your Area Manager see where the field team is working so jobs can be distributed to the nearest available rep. Both require your consent to use your location.

Declining is fine. Every other feature of DanDDee Field works without location consent. You can still canvass, capture doors, close deals, and log referrals. You will not be assigned fewer jobs for declining. If you decline now and change your mind later, close the Territory Map and re-open it — you will be asked again.
